What is the booking process with Essenza Wedding Cinema?

Our booking process is designed to ensure a personalized and luxurious experience for every couple. We operate on a first come, first serve basis, with a limited number of weddings booked each year. To secure our services, a retainer and a signed contract are required. Unfortunately, dates cannot be held without the booking deposit and contract. Once you’ve selected your wedding package, confirming the details via email initiates the process. We’ll then provide an online Quote and Contract for e-signing. A 40% deposit is required to officially book us, with the remaining balance due three weeks before your wedding.

Do you travel?

Absolutely! We love the adventure of new locations. Whether your dream wedding is in a charming local venue or a breathtaking destination, we’re ready and willing to be there with you.

When can we expect to receive our images?

Your wedding images, meticulously curated to reflect the essence of your special day, will be delivered within 6-8 months. We provide a private link to the Google Drive folder gallery. Additionally, a month later, you will receive a “Made In Italy” box set containing a USB Pen Drive.

What’s a wedding like with Essenza Wedding Cinema?

Essenza Wedding Cinema is all about capturing the essence of your day. We don’t just capture images; we immerse ourselves in the celebration. From the dance floor to candid moments with you and your guests, we aim to create a visual narrative that reflects the joy and emotions of your wedding day. Our approach is personal, fun, and tailored to ensure you enjoy every moment.

Do you “Photoshop” the footage?

We do not alter your natural appearance. Our goal is to showcase your authentic beauty and emotions, ensuring your images reflect the genuine moments of your special day. We care a lot to create clean and perfect footage in while the shooting is happening.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we prioritize the security and peace of mind of our clients. If your venue requires a certificate of additional insurance, please inform us promptly so we can provide the necessary documentation.

Do you provide RAW files?

We can provide an Hard Drive with all the clips inside.
